Hi David!

I am new, so I may not be able to answer all your questions, but I'll tell you what I have been doing up until now as far as cleansing goes.

I have done a parasite cleanse and Bowel Cleanse so far. I used P&B for the Bowel Cleanse and the ingredients on this website for the parasite cleanse. I got out mostly eggs, I think, on the parasite cleanse. I still do the P&B for bowel cleansing. I am going to do a liver cleanse this weekend.

As far as candida is concerned, I answered a candida questionnaire online, and according to the results, I have a moderate case of candida. So, I'm trying to determine if that means my candida is too severe to start The Master Cleanse yet. I have been saying that I was gonna start The Master Cleanse on January 3, but after taking the candida questionnaire, I don't know now. I'm thinking I might need to get the candida under control first. But I oh so want to do the MC!!!!!!!!!!! Oops, got off topic. Here is a good protocol for cleansing/flusing:

Parasite
Bowel
Kidney
Liver

I did the parasite and Bowel Cleanse together. After that, hmmm...I don't know. Someone else more experienced may come along with more information on whether to tackle the rest all at once or to take it one step at a time.
