I feel your pain! Have you had a stool test to check for parasites (seeing you were out of country?) also viruses and yeast overgrowth. Also consider a quality probiotic to rebalance your intestinal track. Join the candida site and learn about candida and consider a diet change. No sugar, low carb as this feeds the candida.. also antifungl and oil pulling (google it) will do wonders for breath. Good luck!
