Hi there, I also did this one with great results. I could 'feel' the digestion of the food the next few days rather than it just sitting there. I am also curious to hear whether or not the cleanse has continued with the flat stomach, as mine is now becoming too frustrating to deal with. Im going to be doing a lot of these CO flushes along with parasite and colon cleansing. Probably going to start off with Humaworm and Humacleanse then just go full pelt with the P&B shakes to drag out the mucous. Update me on whether or not you make any progress, and I shall do the same!
