Just a guess here but the muscle cramps and twitching may be the parasite Trichinosis. This parasite goes immediately into the muscles and multiply there. It is estimated that 40% of humans have them.

They are carried by cats, bears, etc.
They look like very small pinwheels. Just a mm or 2 in diameter. They take forever to kill off because they are in the muscle.

I am using Albendazole and Iver on them but also using a frequency generator.

Shaking and muscle spasm are normal with this parasite especially when you are trying to kill them.
They seem to die faster with vigorous exercise while taking the meds. Maybe the exercise gives the meds more penetration.

Also, you said you would rather have cancer. well, according to some experts you will if you don't get rid of the parasites. Some Dx feel that many cancers are caused by parasites. Chemo is the best parasite killer in the world but that stuff does real damage.
