I'll be supporting you! I have another 5 pounds to lose to get to the bottom of my BMI. But those are harder than when you are outside your BMI.

One of the most important steps to weight loss is knowing your saliva PH. If you are acidic and lacking nutrition, the weight comes right back.

If you are alkaline (7.2), most people can lose a pound a day.
