I would say yea I don't rely on medicine from pharmacy for weight loss. I have lost some weight eating little bits of healthy foods monitoring snacks. I use an herbal remedy for weight loss that I mix in juice taste nasty in water. My bmi is in the 40s and my budget is so pathetic that I can't live a healthy lifestyle daily.
