waking up in the middle of the night is a big sign. Usually around 3 or 4 am. So is weight gain and the inability to lose it. It's been a battle for me to lose weight, I know it's directly related to having parasites.

I suspect leaky gut is from parasites from my research, so no, diet alone won't cure that. You have to get rid of those pesky things first with clove, Wormwood and Black-Walnut hulls. I used a brand called SCRAM From my local health food store.

From my experience, parasites caused my thyroid and adrenal issues. People don't realize that parasites drain your health and energy and wreak havoc on your organs.

I take Dr Daniels vitality capsules for colon cleansing but have heard great things about Oxypowder , I haven't tried this yet but plan on ordering them.

I would suggest doing research on parasites. I never dreamed my symptoms would be caused by them, but it has turned out to be the case! Too many people have them and don't realize it.

Also.. I have been talking to another cure zone member whose period stopped after discovering she had parasites ... As well as myself! I have wondered for years why my period stopped.... But now after talking with you too, I'm just beginning to understand it may be because of parasites.
