Do you have any other symptoms you didn't mention? Like acne, dry skin / skin problems, waking up in the middle of the night often, itchy ears/butt, excess weight, losing weight, pain in joints or muscles?

Currently, the only symptom i have that you listed is waking up in the middle of the night and inability to lose weight/ gain weight easily.
i attribute these to my thyroid and adrenal issues, as those are two huge problems im facing.

i figured that i didnt have parasites since i didnt have most of the non-GI symptoms that others have, but i could be wrong.

if it were just leaky gut, wouldnt diet have helped to some degree by now?

and which specific colon cleanser do you take?
