No worries! When I take A LOT of probiotics, I go and they are easy to pass. But it's not perfect yet. I just ran out of my probiotics so I'm struggling right now. There was a time were I was VERY constipated. I had a CT scan done because I was having pain in my left abdomen area and on my left side after I ate. The doctors just said I was constipated and that was that. I also gave them a stool sample that looked to have wormy looking parasites in it (I had been taking antifungal herbs goldenseal, and neem) and they said the stool sample is fine. I gave up on western medicine a long time ago, I knew in my gut (so puny) that the doctors were going to say I was fine. The other thing that scares me is that I haven't had my period since December.
