I'm sorry to hear what you're going through.

What is your daily body temperature? parasites will multiply easily if it is low, and if this is so, you might want to check out your thyroid, adrenals, liver, etc.

Do you have digestion issues? Do you need to take Betaine HCL? A digestive system with sufficient stomach acids will prevent ingested parasites from multiplying.

I would start there.
