Well I finished the round of mebendazole. It was scary and gave me a stomach ache but it worked. I am now cleansing my body big time. It worked for me last year but then I got complacent and they came back. A serious lifestyle change is in order for those of us that are susceptible to these things. There is no getting around it. I would like to add that Apple cider vinegar is helpful as well. Drink some with water in the morning. It is a choice we all have to make. Cleanse your body of all sugars and things that feed parasites and feed yourself good healthy nutrients, or live with them forever.
