Greetings everyone,

Hey guys, have any of you tried a keto diet? It's a low carb diet with really high fat. It's been recommended to me by a co-worker. And the diet I'm thinking of trying is http://www.fatburnerdepot.com/healthy-1500-calorie-diet-meal-plan-for-any-fat-burner/ what do you think? What you use a keto diet? Or is a little too extreme...

I'm 36 year old male who exercises 3 times a week. But I would imagine I need to eat a lot of calories because I'm 5'10 and 220 lbs. Prob at 16% body fat
