Okay, I was reading about parasites and am completely noided out! I'm on day 3 of MC; can I stop at my health food store on the way home from work and get something to take or should I wait til I'm done on MC? In other words (I'm so freaked out I can't type) can I kill parasites while MC'ing or should I wait?
