1) Vitamin D3 and the fatty nutrients (E, A, D, K2) help tighten the gut wall. Butyrate (a byproduct of healthy gut microbiota) is the second key. Supplementing it can help tighten up the gut wall, encourage the growth of healthy microbiota, and restrict candida overgrowth. N-butyric acid from fishing supply shops are the sort of drops that can be added to enemas. Healthy eating and bone broth also help with the gut wall.
D3 is key to tightening up those defenses and extracting the maximum nutritional content from your food- especially for absorbing magnesium!
Yes, a Colon Cleanse is a good idea, but you can simply have some activated charcoal for the stuff from the liver to release to.
2) Juice some veggies high in magnesium, phosphorous, chlorides and potassium. Coffee is a good source of these, but it's even better to have other things to sip afterwards. Coconut water is ideal.
3) Butyrate and D3 effect gastric emptying (positively).
Iodine and selenium help speed the metabolisim
Colonics tend to shorted gastric emptying time by up to 2/3rds, though there is a balance between colonic rinses and allowing the rectum to excercise and collect waste, to pass it naturally.
The thing to watch out for is dieoff symptoms, like when doing parasite cleanses and the like. Bentonite and psyllium husk Colon Cleanses are very absorbant (adsorbant in the case of Bentonite being a zeolite), and help cut down on dieoff.
Calcium Bentonite can be quite drying, so having magnesium chloride spray around for a few spritzes on the abdomen, and extra virgin olive oil for the skin is a good thing.
My experience with coffee enemas is that it can be.. scary and thrilling the first time. I used the whole pot instead of just two tablespoons of the finished coffee-pot to my colonics water though, so I had a lot of tummygurgling and needed to pee -bad-! Heart racings, etc, etc..
Ouh.. but I rather like a coffee infusion now, and the clean, clear stomach sensation afterwards.
Follow the instructions for beginners, and rinse well.. I like to go through at least two liters of warm salty water before using the retention enema of coffee solution. Even then I sometimes have to turn over to my knees and shoulders-lowered position, but it changes from day to day. There's a maximum time the colon will hold onto such material, so half an hour, make sure that toilet is good and near!
