that's exactly how im feeling right now--confused about how to eat because ive been told about 5 different ways to eat on here.
the problem is that i have a very leaky gut and a strong sensitivity to gluten, dairy, grains, eggs, and some nuts, so i dont know how i would survive on a vegan diet. id be left with just vegetables, fruit....not sure what else there is!!
i would love to start eating legumes like beans for a good source of protein, but im afraid of worsening my leaky gut.
and eating raw veggies gives me digestive issues...im at a loss!

when you cleansed your liver, did you ever see any parasites come out anyway?
