Hi ,

I'm not sure what health problems you are having right now .I had a spinal cord tumor and weak legs and arms , which are all gone now.
what worked for me may not work for you.

But in general the approach is
1. good diet .excercise,optimistic approach
2.anti fungals anti parasite protocols,
3.Liver cleansing

Threre are plenty more protocols and approaches that you can follow , you need learn from others stories to figure out what works for you

Once you are seeing results you can feel the big ones inside you then you can look at Gubareve's enemas to kill those.

Once you have eliminated the majority of them you can look at re balancing your internal terrain by populating healthy bacteria and balancing your mineral ratio's (and may be a probable methylation link) to bring a more permanent solution.
