what exactly does your diet look like?

did you go on a vegan diet while you were ill or healthy? if im not healthy right now and have a leaky gut, i cant eat a lot of the sources of protein that a vegan diet recommends (nuts, seeds, certain legumes).

in regards to the liver and a paleo diet--i began having liver problems and pain shortly after going paleo. do you know why this happens?

i have plans to start flushing soon,but i am worried that if i have parasites or candida, i will get sicker if i dont work on them first. do you think this is necessary too?
