I heard that even the dna tests don't work. I heard that a parasite doctor said if there was a test that worked they would know about it. I heard the doctor said the stool tests only pick up 1%.

Denying regular parasites exist is a crime since they only make you sick, but denying someone has strongyloides which can be a death sentence is murder.
