I too suffer from extreme constipation, your skin is telling you somethings wrong inside. I got psoriasis. Really bad, all over.
If you can afford it, get food sensivity /intolerance testing so you can stop eating what your body is unable to digest. I just found out, I am 44, that I shouldn't eat dairy, eggs, coffee and chocolate.

In the meantime, I ordered digestive enzymes, found out i have Protozoa parasites - 8 kinds-

I also ordered renew life cleanse more and constipation stop. It is terribly unhealthy for your excrement to sit in your body...the toxins are meant to come out ASAP, not stay in And fester.


I started doing enemas, I felt better right away, at least getting all that old stuff out.
