Drinking Epsom Salt solutions changes the way the brain works for a few hours- it alters the calcium-magnesium balance in the body, and it's a powerful relaxant.

If you look at ox bile or betain HCL (with pepsin) as a supplement with each meal, it's supposed to help with low stomach acid, and up your absorbtion of vitamins and minerals along with helping to reduce small intestine bacterial overgrowth.

Fermented foods like homemade saurkraut, yogurt, khefir, kombucha, pickles, homemade mayo, homemade apple cider vinegar are another part of the puzzle. They provide nutrient-rich noms to your everyday meals, -as well as- live cultures of probiotics that can repopulate the gut and help combat systematic candiasis (skin issues and Depression have a lot to do with not having the right balance of gut flora!) Fermented foods also contain the enzymes needed to give your body an extra boost in healing.

While you still have the amalgams, you need extra minerals and the probiotics from fermented foods. juicing is extremely powerful for this, and drinking some of the liquid from some home ferments is a big aid!
Colonic cleansing and coffee enemas are very gentle, I can reccommend them from experience.

parasite cleansing is harsher, so mastering colonic cleansing, fermented foods, and those sorts of liver-support activities is very much the way to go. ()

As an alternative to eggs, there's butter oil (ghee, easy to make at home), and phosphatadylcholine supplements (sunflower or soy lecthin). Both those things help a great deal in lifting some of the brain fog and levelling moodswings. Butyrate is a powerful anti-fungal, and is strong in fermented foods and butter and ghee.

Choline is one of the vital ingredients in egg yolks. It is essential to the production of liver bile, breaking down and metabolizing cholesterols, and making acetylCholine. That's one of the places the metals from Amalgams goes in and attacks, so when you want to understand the mental side of the depression, there's one clue. ;)

Vegetarian/vegan eating can leave you pretty low on methycobalamine (B12, the mineral cobalt), which is necessary in the glutathione cycle. Sublingual (placed under the tongue or lip) tablets can help in this area, and b12 helps shunt ammonias (byproducts of candida's usual metabolic cycle) out of the brain. It can give a faster heartbeat and a little bit of a headache though, so go for small doses, on days where you juice or eat veggies rich in folate!
