Taking vitamins/minerals supplements suggested during parasite cleanse or not? Concerned that these may aid parasites' growth?

If suggested, then any particular brand have positive experience with?

Also, they should be derived from whole food, or the ones that are available in normal pharmacy shops would be okay?
