Hello all.
Ok need opinions from those of you I KNOW have "been there, done that".

See i've been reading posts from curezone for several months, now have finally had courage to join and be a bit trusting...so here goes. I moved into a rental house on July 1st 2014 . The day I moved in I was very ill with my 3rd round of pnuemonia in a 6 month period. I went to ER the next day had chest xray got more Cipro and more albuterol and went home to recuperate. New house had problems right from get go...Southeast Texas roaches (palmettos,Wood roaches, water bugs) whatever you call them this house had em and they were HUGE. Ive always been afraid of them, my time in this house was the most terrifying as I had an episode with these monsters nearly every night! I sprayed outside trees, perimeter, garage, inside..everywhere on property...a lot...and often. House had one large window A/C which was filthy. I cleaned it with bleach, and hot soapy water. House previously had central A/C but only vents and ductwork remained. I eventually taped all the vents shut but too late I think. I moved in with my teen daughter and 4 pet dogs, my oldest dog began having breathing problems approx. 2 weeks after moving in and I took him to Veterinary ER 1 month after moving in to the day, vet suspected congestive heart failure but no $ to treat or hospitalize

I had to euthanize my old boy to stop his suffering. Spent hours burying him in backyard. I worked at daycare and drove 20 miles round trip each day. The heat was awful my old car has no a/c, sweating was nonstop I got hair follicle fungus white piedra on scalp the worst and "other" hair affected as well. All hell broke loose in early September. Hot water heater broke, continous rain caused roof leak in bedroom, I got head lice from child at work (as if fungus weren't enough), tree in front yard had huge branch break landed in front of window a/c, I picked a bag of leaves for fall art projects at work from the fallen branch (magnolia tree) and trees in backyard (pecan and oak). I began hearing noises in the walls and sink and tub drains smelled bad and saw several.drain flies every day in house. Treated head lice on myself but my teen went through many permethrin treatments with no results for her. She could not get them out of her hair. Super lice the school nurse said. I did get rid of my head lice only to be attacked every 3 days by "invisible" bugs? on my arms, upper back, groin, and lower legs. I had bites this was different than fungus itchies! I began hearing noises in the attic and walls, and began seeing movements around baseboards from my peripheral vision. I became extremly tired all the time but couldnt sleep more than an hour at a time and had terrible knee and shin pain. My hip joints have hurt since my thirties (I'm 44) but this was new pain and behavior for me. I had what Ive heard described as brain fog after researching. I can remember but lose track of time way too easy..everything takes me forever to do! I am low low income and I dont have health insurance.

I didnt have $ to go to doctor I did go back to ER in mid October because I was sure I saw worm like things in my toothbrush after brushing my teeth, it scared me so bad I thought I had caught some parasite from water with recent water heater problems and bathroom drain odors.

ER doc listened and diagnosed inhalation injury "probably from all the cleaning chemicals and pesticides".

I refused to believe I was hallucinating. Now...my dogs were itching when I was being bitten..I thought they were reacting to my "bugs". I do keep them on flea and heartworm preventatives faithfully every month. I worked for years for a veterinarian and know how important that is. They did not have flea infestations. My teen was getting a bite here and there but not like I was and she did not hear the noises I was hearing at night in walls and attic. She goes to school and was asleepby 10 pm or on the phone and oblivious to surrounding anything. I thought I was losing my mind quite honestly, my family and friends accused me of being on drugs (what????) ERs test showed negative to every drug tested for..Im told it is standard and for type of complaint I was seen for. I began seeing slug like things on my dogs when they would come in from outside and small black bugs that swarmed and attacked other insects (like the dinosaur cockroaches) I was too terrified and confused to be
grateful for that! I returned to ER November 1st..4 months exactly after moving in..prepared to be put in psychiatric ward. I told them everything I had and was experiencing and they took blood, urine, did cat scan for brain tumor I guess, took chest xray and did EKG...and told me I was fine. I had delusional parisitosis brought on by bug phobia and anziety from roach and water problems. Gave me ativan and sent me home. I vowed to never talk about this to anyone or see another doctor for ANYTHING related to this ever again. I packed a few clothes, tool my daughter and dogs to a women's shelter and told them I left an abusive boyfriend I was homeless and needed help. I did not/could not return to work I was a basket case..I mean what the frig happened?? I was better outside of the house, could think clearer. I was still seeing moving hair and fuzzballs but way less and the more time away from house the better I felt. In mid December I moved to a different rental house. I dont use pesticides at all. I found diatomaceous earth and learned about ACV and baking soda and garlic and mega vitamins from curezoneand other sites. I am better but still get anxious sometimes. No roach issuea in new house and no water problems. I dont like the pecan and magnolia trees outside the house much though. I do keep hair washed with selsun blue and keep my dogs bathed with it twice a month. What else? I vacuum everday..whole house..it takes 45 minutes but I think its worth it. I guess I want to know if it was all "In my head" like doctors and family think, or a combination of head lice, heat, fungus, and water contamination on my weakened immune system? Was it from trees? Roof leak? I cleaned Did roof leak start a mite and mold issue that I really saw or hallucinated? This is a really long post and i'm.sure I left out a lot of details so ask if u have questions. Please don't ask me if i'm crazy..please. A lot of what happened there resembles what Ive read about Morgellons but a lot doesn't match too. I still dont sleep much and I have issues with itchies in the car sometimes but nothing compared to that house. I wonder if my dogs were reacting to my fear and anxiety. Were the things I saw there normal backyard things or moving hair and fuzzballs like I saw...or thought I saw. Dryer lint screen bothers me I dont like to touch it at all but I do...with gloves and face mask. My new neighbors must think im a nut as well. I always wear a hat or scarf of some sort I don't want anything falling in my hair.

Did scalp fungus start with digging in backyard and become systemic? I won't go to a doctor so I gueas I will never know for sure, but ER tests were normal but do they test for parasites really? Ok...boy if nothing else it feels great just to get it in words instead of thinking about it so much!
