Sadly, a lot of people jump into these things and end up not doing them properly.

I have never used the spooky2 but it appears that you are having extreme die-off symptoms. What happens here is that when you kill a lot of parasites at once, it overloads your system with toxins. At the same time, if the parasites that you destroy have other parasites inside of them, those parasites can start attacking you. These can be bacteria or even some virus.

When you first start, start off easy, making sure to cleanse and flush any newly released toxins out.

Do not just address the specific illness that you are concerned about, be aware of possible other contributing issues and address them also.

These frequencies can also kill the normal intestinal microbes or flora. This needs to be replenished after each session by taking a GOOD yogurt with living and active cultures of 5 or 6 different microbes or take some kefir.
