Hi, I'd love to take you up on the offer to join you in your Ayurvedic cleansing routine. I've been feeling dreadful for a couple of years & feel it's probably a parasite issue that has got out of hand.
I'm very Vata & would love some help with finding a good diet program.
I've just started by eating Kitchari today, so I'll di this as a mono cleanse for a few days, but I'd love some more input, wherever possible, as to what other foods (fruits, veggies, yogurt/dairy, breads??), herbs & teas are particularly suitable for clearing all kinds of parasites & bringing a terribly out of balance Vata, back into balance.
