I think I know what specimen of parasite you are talking about. I have been doing a cleanse with diatomaceous earth for 2 weeks and passing all sorts of worms. Today I passed something different and I think you are describing what I have. It looked like a skinny mushroom with a tall stalk. About 2 inches tall total. I passed 3 of them. I don't know how to post a pic, but this is the first worm that I dug out and cleaned off since it was nothing I've seen on any online pics. I found this forum by typing in "dry scalp parasites". I've had dry scalp worse than ever lately and super flaky, also the itching behind the ears over the past month. I began the cleanse for overAll skin issues and a new issue of Psoriasis all over my shins. Would love to know if you have any other info.
