I thought I had plaque so I read somewhere that a glass of very warm water, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and a tablesp. of any black vinegar would wash out the plaque. Well every mouthfull that I spat out contained a great deal of filaments strings stuck together! The thing is the next day they are back. This solution is very good at washing out your mouth from parasites or plaque.
Rinse vigorously and spit into a white sink and you will be horrified at what comes out.
