Congrats I went crazy on this forum last year and doing everything recommended helped SO MUCH. Now, QUIT the P&B immmediatly! You should only do it for a month, then stop. Then take probiotics for a month and drink some kefir every few days. You have cleaned your bowels, now stop - you are stripping the probiotics from your colon at this point! Now do a parasite cleanse, then a Kidney Cleanse, your choice of method...and then the Dr Sutter Coke Liver cleanse. Do a liver cleanse every 3 weeks for 8 months. At that pointyou might try one Heavy Metal cleanse (herbs) Now do them all just once a year. Congratulations!!! you know all the secrets to health now :)
