I am a 19 year old female and I have become very ill with the following symptoms. I am interested in doing an enema but am scared I won't do it right or that it will take the the good bacteria out of my system.

My symptoms are

-severe seasonal allergies
-gluten and dairy intolerances
-indigestion/food just seems to sit in stomach
-white coated tongue and bad breath
-extreme exhaustion especially upon waking
-low immunity
-chronic sinus problems and infections
-burning, swollen eyes
-weight loss
-pale, gaunt face
- joint and muscle aches.
-poor concentration
-anxiety and depression
-intolerant to cold weather

I know I have candida and leaky gut but am wondering if I could have parasites and heavy metal toxins too. I've heard by some that coffee enemas are dangerous and by others that it is a miracle worker.
