We did the Humaworm cleanse and felt it very successful. :D It is an herbal cleanse you can get from Humaworm.com. It entails taking a dose two times a day for a month....if you have parasites (which when you do some research you will find most people do ;),) you will feel something called "die-off" as they die.

They emit toxins as they die, that make you feel ill...sometimes VERY ill....however, it is worth it! We have cleansed for a year (the first cleanse was super tough...did the second cleanse...was tempted to do the chemical drug after but decided not too..and am glad I didn't!)and feel a million times better then ever before....Humaworm suggests if you are infested (which you may not be)to take a cleanse for a month, wait three months, then repeat for up to a year....

Anyway, there is SO much information out there...other herbal cleanses are Hulda Clark , barefoot etc etc. There are also ways to kill parasites via chemical drugs...there are people here who can point you in that direction if you choose to go that way...I would recommend herbal, as it is more gentle on the body (however slower), especially if you have Adrenal Fatigue simply because your body is already exhausted...you don't want to put chemicals in your body to exhaust your already tired liver...but it's up to you!! The humaworm cleanse is an all body cleanse...I have had warts disappear, moles, and other ailments cleansed and gone that I had no idea the cleanse would help! It's good stuff!!
