I dont know the Science behind magnesium malate by source naturals however, I used this to ease intense pain and exhaustion. I then did a parasite cleanse using parastroy and use herbs to continue maintance. ( cayenne, garlic, shatavari, apple cider vinegar, etc.) baths with herbs and salts .I am a dog and cat groomer so I experience constant strain on my muscles and I no longer feel like I am constantly losing a fight or the feeling of not succeeding. I am thankful for having this nourishment. I hope this helps someone to feel alive and happy again!
