If a person needs artichoke tea to help against constipation from toxic overload (as I thought someone seemed to perhaps suggest in another post) - would that indicate they need to continue to cleanse their system? I have been struggling with constipation throughout my life, and am currently doing a parasite cleanse (Paragone). I have already done colon, liver and kidney cleansing. I know it's very important during cleansing especially that the bowels are moving. I have done a number of things to try to help with it today but so far not much movement yet...

I had prune juice, aloe vera juice, pineapple juice, molasses... I also tried to make sure I had Iodine through spirulina which I'm aware can also cause constipation in some... Anyways, I'm looking to purchase some coconut oil and also some magnesium. Still not sure which magnesium to get, maybe also get it with calcium... I do not know the source of this constipation - And I want to. I researched recently and found maybe it has to do with thyroid and I saw there is a specific thyroid diet. I also saw that maybe I should try to have a more strictly PH diet...

My staple foods are pretty much salad, and canned tuna, usually... I recently was given kefir grains so I'm looking to also have that daily potentially. Anyways, I just had some artichoke tea for the first time ever? -And feel pretty shaky and am also wondering if it's related. I also wonder if the issue isn't thyroid or PH balance but more what the poster was referring to regarding the LIVER AND TOXIC-OVERLOAD... If THAT is the issue - please advise?? If that is not the issue, can someone please tell me why it might have been good for me to have artichoke tea at this time (is there another reason why it might have greatly benefited me)? Thanks!
