I had the same symptoms , if you read about you'll find that it usually goes away on its own , yet only in acute cases you would take nitroimidazole treatments , you could suffer lactose intolerance from this along with malabsorption of nutrients in your intestine , and I love milk , so I found myself some medication to cover my base , good luck
