Vitamin ‘C’ will take care of your ’stones’ and much more. Also eliminate all refined sugars and toxins from your diet, that includes junk foods. Work up to 20 grams ‘C’ a day. If you get that far and don’t have voluntary diarrhea you have undiagnosed health problems. Add multi vitamins/mineral until you have voluntary diarrhea. This flushes stones liver, colon and heavy metals and toxins. This will help if you have parasites also. This is the same as tuning up your car when it not running like you want.
You don’t just change the park plugs.
