Would love to hear any weight-loss success stories you have! :)

How did you do it?

Did you have any health issues which contributed to the excess weight?

There are a few health issues that cause weight gain and/or an inability to lose weight...
- cushings
- insulin resistance
- hypothyroidism
- PCOS
- hypothalamus disfunction
- adrenal fatigue/ exhaustion
- e.t.c
... has anyone has weight loss success with these?

I would like to hear any weight loss story, and particularly be interested to hear from anyone with a thyroid issue, like HYPOTHYROIDISM - who has managed to lose weight.
