There are so many parasites that can attack humans. I understand several worms start out at the skin and larvae and work their way in.

When I felt the worm bust through my colon wall, I didn't feel it layer by layer. It was immediate intense pain.

Now as I said I was sick for 10 years before I knew what was wrong. Let me explain that a little bit. I was a super athletic 32 year old woman, who could bike 30 miles, hike 20 miles, roller blade 8 miles in one day.

Suddenly I couldn't bike 5 miles without exhaustion. Suddenly I couldn't bike even 5 miles.

Eventually I couldn't even walk 5 miles.

I went from 136 lbs to 236 lbs. I gained 30 pounds in 1 month. Yes. 30 lbs. I'd have to eat 3 big macs a day ON TOP of my regular diet to gain that kind of weight. And I don't eat big macs. I typically eat around 1200 calories a day.

I felt pains here and there. They said I had early osteoarthritis at age 35. They told me I was just getting to middle age and some people age earlier. They told me I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

I pushed and pushed for answers, because I know what it is to be healthy and I want it back. Now they see a fat lazy woman who over eats when they look at me who suffers from some mental disturbance called parasitosis. :) It is so sad and it is amusing at the same time.

Anyway, you have to understand my personality. I was a single parent at age 21 (divorced) and raised my child on my own. I worked as an Administrative Assistant and worked my way up to Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. I'm also a successful writer. I didn't do that by whining and complaining about my life. One day I stubbed my toe on the way to work. I was in a rush and had to drop my daughter off at daycare. I knew right then that I'd probably broken my toe. But I didn't have time. So I stuck my foot in my boot and went to work. I kept my boot on all day and went home. Took care of my daughter. finally at the end of the night after she was in bed, I pulled my boot off. Sure enough it was broken. So I put my boot back on. I mean, they can't do anything to fix a broken toe except brace it and I figured my boot was enough of a splint. I slept in my boot for 2 weeks.

So, this is not the personality of a woman who worries about pain or fatigue. This is the personality of a woman who ignores pain and fatigue. I was quite adept at doing that. My will is very strong and my mind control excellent. So excellent I didn't listen to my body because I'd trained myself not to heed its complaints. It took several years for me to even admit to myself that I was sick. I kept thinking that I just needed to push harder. I kept trying.

Now I'll tell you how I discovered the parasites. I was sent to a neurologist who, after a number of tests, decided to do a sleep study on me. I argued with him that my issue wasn't that I was sleepy, but that I was fatigued. He apparently didn't understand the difference. I decided to do the sleep study just so he would move on. Well, I got lice from the sleep study. Yeah.

So then I started pouring all the lice remedies on me. At the same time my daughter took a bus ride to visit her boyfriend. She came home with scabies.

So, I started itching all over, when I put this lice medicine on me and I thought, OMG I've got body lice, not head lice, or maybe I have scabies. I kept pouring this stuff on me and the wiggling and itching got worse and worse.

It took 2 months of trying to get rid of lice (that was way gone by then) to finally realize that this itching was coming from movement inside of me.

The worms really started moving when I started putting the lice chemicals on me.

So this was a VERY slow awakening.

I lost 36 pounds within 3 months of taking deworming herbs. Then I've gone up and down the last 20 lbs, depending on how my fight with the worms are doing.

When I weigh 136 lbs again, I'll know I've won.

Not that I'm stupid enough to think all that weight is worms. But worms, plus swelling, plus toxins, plus simple fat from being too damn tired to exercise.

The good news is my early osteoarthritis disappeared within a few months of taking anti-parasitic herbs. :)
