It could be multiple things. Candida and systemic parasites. Take 1000 mg of l-lysine twice a day and I recommend doing a activated charcoal detox before. Charcoal absorbs toxins, poison and all sorts of unwanted mineral in your system Don't take any medication two hours after. I would also try a parasite cleanse.
