Clear wide flat worm(?) after coffee enema

I've been doing daily coffee enemas for over 6 months and on occasion I have passed clear flat wide things after a coffee enema. A couple of times clear long thinner versions were wrapped into or out of solid bowel movements. How to identify them? This last time the wide one had what looks like 2 whitish roundish sacs(?) in them and a dark brown rounded massed tip.

I suffer from ssymptoms of chronic fatigue ever since I was small. I sleep between 8-11 hrs a night and have odd sleeping patterns. I also have an autoimmune disorder of alopecia areata and hpv.

I've tried Hulda Clark 's liver cleanse followed to a t twice but have not passed any "stones" or rather maybe I passed a few floating "stones" but cannot tell if they were. I did get foaming when I passed the liquid bowel movement, but no mass of stones or discernible number of them.

I'm so tired all the time, really exhausted, to the point of passing on fun activities. I can't tell if this is from intestinal parasites or from CFS. My thyroid is normal, I'm of average perfect weight, I eat healthy and organic, drink warm raw apple cider vinegar with cinnamon daily, drink hot teas, but can't get over the fatigued slow feeling.

Why aren't coffee enemas helping and did I pass an intestinal worm/parasite? And why did the last coffee enema I did (the one where I passed the wide flat clear thing) give me hives afterwards?
