I am 92 pounds 5' 7" eat a PEO gaps Canada diet for a year now. No carbs starches groans legumes and no sugars not even natural ones. I rarely eat fruit. I still have diabetes. Diet doesn't always fix it. I started a parasite cleanse and within two weeks my sugars started staying much much lower. I'd like to target them more within my pancreas so if anyone has suggestions I'm all ears. I take DE, cloves, cinnamon,oregano oil, peppermint oil, garlic, turmeric, lots of parasite killing foods and sea weed. So far I'm 4 weeks in a a 90 day course. trying to stay away from the really toxic supplements. I already got rod of the ones living in my sinus and my weight has gone up finally. I'm not freezing cold all the time. But I feel like I've platoed a bit the past few days and my liver is weak. I do acupressure for liver and lymphatic system and drink tons of water. Maybe I need to switch up what I'm taking?
