Have you tried doing something for your liver?

Liver flush?
Bitter herbs?
Do you take magnesium daily?

Do you consume any added sugar?

Do you consume food additives , preservatives , sulfites , sorbates , citrates , benzoates ?

Sometimes it takes time to bring microbiota into balance, and liver may play a major role.

There is a parasites that can not be eradicated by parasites cleanse. Candida. Candida may be your problem.

Have you used Antibiotics around time you got acne?

Or hormonal birth control?

Do you have Mirena (hormonal spiral) ?
