Yeah, I think it's a good idea and actually crucial for many to clean out first as much as possible. Besides from being able to absorb better, the parasites would for sure strongly disagree with the idea. In my experience milk & salt enema works great for getting rid of mucus, but its reach is limited. Psyllium and betonite shakes should work from the opposite way.

Not sure how I would react seeing them inside on screen moving around their ways, strange experience I bet. I know Miracle-Mineral-Supplement /DMSO enemas is very lethal to at least Rope parasites, they completely dissolves in it.

No BM's in 35 hours. Feeling a bit jittery. But I'm quite glad though given the situation. While I was doing coffee enemas, I felt something strange. A sensation of movements near the liver, while laying there I could imagine it as several firm things sliding down a pipe making a "phloop" sound as they exit. I thought, " Hm, this is new.. could it be? naah.. it couldn't be" I don't know what it was, but after that I did have my long wanted bile release, Yup. And that smell, well, as gross it is, at that moment it was like sniffing flowers. At least 50 pounds lighter now. I'll see what happens tomorrow, if I can get a release again.

By the way I'd pick worm stuck in muscle before duct. So far feeling positive about killing them with just rubbing dmso/aloe vera on the skin. Seems to affect them somehow.
