I am going to do a Colon Cleanse following the "PB shake" method search if you wan to read more about it, it's a drink with Bentonite and Psyllium it's supposed to clean out the digestive tract. I'm going to do a parasite cleanse after say a month later with Black-Walnut Wormwood extract. It supposedly can make you poop out lots of bad crap if there is any.

I am already eating better no processed junk and am also taking milk kefir. I think it's helped a lot my peels are a LOT thinner since taking probiotics I'm still not there yet though. I'm too scared to a do a full Liver Flush or enemas but am going to try these and see how it goes.

If anybody's tried them let me know your experiences.
