I am sorry if this is the wrong forum to post but I was hoping to get some advice. I find myself being overly effected by some tv shows when someone is emotionally dealing with a sexual assault. I get emotional as if i am going through it and i get obsessed and watch the episode over and over again as if i could change the outcome. But I don't remember anything specific that happened in my life so I don't understand this reaction. But I always felt as if something happened but I am not sure if I just imagined it. I hope that makes sense.
