parasites love people who sit and eat with little activity...You know like a dead body. You can be like a flowing spring water or a nasty toxic stagnant water.

Go for a walk in the sun everyday. If you get tired take a break. Start small, but move. Walking cause blood and lympth circulation. parasites hate it, hate it, hate it. They hate sunshine which give VIT-D3.

Close eyes and sun-gaze few seconds will kill floaters in the eye I hear. Remove the shades and let natural daylight in the eye. everything in moderation always.

Walk put oxygen in the blood. hate it hate it hate it. Start slow, but start
