red long sticks typcially are liver flukes. liver flukes can look like jelly, sticks, tomatoes peelings, and flat worms. typically when people cleanse they see straight up worms come out of them.when i first did humaworm i had worms everywhere coming out so it sounds like you have a light infection. liver flukes come out from parasite cleanses along with invisible parasites too. Liver Flushes get liver flukes out more throughly along with the parasite cleanse. dont rely on the doctors to help you, you have to fix yourself as well. everybody on this site doesnt have good experience with docs. best of luck.
