I'm trying to steam the high traffic areas at least once a day. The girls (5 and 8) i have sleeping downstairs because its easier to steam the floor, blankets and pillows down here than it is to steam their beds, entire room and toys. I steamed it twice last week and now have it sealed off for 2 weeks. The things we touch most are phones and computers, so im wiping them down but question the effectiveness :/ Our cat is an indoor only... he's taken cate of better than the kids, sadly. He
I'm going to need years of therapy after this. I havent slept right in a week and everything looks like a worm and every little tickle on my skin, like if my hair brushes on my arms, im freaking out!
On a positive note, since this whole thing started and i took the albenza and daily dose of DE, i haven't craved Dunkin Donuts lattes, which i consumed multiple a day. I think that was the parasite wanting sugar. My diet wasnt the greatest.. I had my gallbladder removed last year so i can only tolerate bland foods like oatmeal and cereal bars. I'm underweight and just unhealthy... today was the first day in years that I felt hunger. I never feel hungry.. just want lattes! I thought I was going to be sick but felt better after I ate some yogurt... so that must mean my digestive system is going back to normal. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise. Its sad it took something so horrible to get our attention. Our eating habits were horrible and we never worried about weight because we are all rail thin, except for dad... he's a beefy guy. The doctors never tell you that you need a lifestyle change.. they just say take 400mg now and again in 2 weeks. I'm so glad I found this site.. i had no idea we had to flush them out of our bodies and flush our livers to get our immune systems to kick in. I'm just hoping my efforts pay off.
