Its okay Grizz, I work at a bar and see what people become like so I can never be an alcoholic :)

I plan to follow the protocol to a degree, here are my changes:
+ I rub magnesium oil on my belly rather than take the supplement. I hope this will help my bowel movements
+ I cannot get my hands on the ATP cofactors tablets and am taking an activated b-complex instead.
+ I got some zeolite and am interested in trying it incase the iodine/ parasite cleanse caused toxins/heavy metal to be released? (I was taking zinc+moly before to displace copper so maybe it was that?)
+ Can I take the Wormwood /black walnut/cloves tincture as well? I just cant help but feel that If im cleaning things out, why not get rid of it all at once. I also got a few liver flukes from an enema I did after my Liver Flush yesterday of which I randomly decided to add the parasite herbs I stopped taking. I read they help against candida too.
