I am sorry to say: these are NOT pinworms. If you have anal ithcing, plus stomach ache and diarrhea, it is most likely protozoa (ameba) or worm like "trichuria. Contrary to what you, one cannot just see wiggly things in your stool. You need to see a parasite specialists who knows how to inspect your stool and then treat you empirically. One thing for sure. NOt pin worms
