I am currently suffering with seb derm too and have just ordered my first Lugols Iodine 5% solution. I am also currently parasite cleansing which i suggest everyone with seb derm should do!

Seb derm is more than likely a sign of candida overgrowth which according to Grizz's findings is caused by Iodine deficiency which there is an epidemic of.

Using the 5% Lugols Iodine solution on affected areas is said to get rid of it for around 2months and then you will have to reapply it again ( i am yet to try it ).

To cure it completely Grizz's information suggests following Dr.Brownsteins iodine protocol of taking Lugols iodine solution 5% 1 drop in water AM once a day along with selenium, magnesium and vitamin c and also celtic/himilayan etc Sea Salt drink in the morning to help flush kidneys.
