Jenifer - just another quick question about Maca (and...I know I shouldn't ask it on this forum), but when I increase my dose of Maca - instead of dividing it into 3 separate doses during the day (morning, noon, and evening) - can I just divide it into 2 doses - morning and noon??? I have heard that because it increases energy - it might keep some people awake at night and I don't want that????
