Hi, ultrasound showed "multiple stones," but radiologist didn't give any more detail re size. Have had chronic constipation for years and have been doing colonics the last few months. I had my first and only gallbladder attack a week ago. Been eating nothing but super low to no fat foods - soup, jello, etc. to try to let things calm down. I do believe I may still have some backup in my colon but as I said, I'm working on it with a ND. I've also been taking a parasite cleanse product and finished that.

I have 2 questions.

1) Given the fact my attack was a week ago, any idea when is a good time to try the cleanse?

2) After that horribly painful attack, I'm afraid to eat anything with oil/fat, let alone drink that much! I keep reading but still don't understand how this will not create a mammoth painful result.

Any feedback greatly appreciated. :)
